Dochtor Kennedy has an extensive background working with both equity-capital and debt-capital markets. He is the president of AdvisorLaw, LLC, headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, and defends the integrity of FINRA licensed professionals. He manages the breadth of Rule 2080 Customer Dispute expungement, U5 language modification, FIRNA inquiry and investigation representation, FINRA OTR representation, as well as other provided services. As a former FINRA Series 7, 63, and 55 and L&H licensee, Kennedy understands how to assist FINRA licensed professionals mend their reputation. His previously was the Managing Attorney at AdvisorLoans where he created regulatory solutions for financial advisors and provided representation through the Rule 2080 process. Currently represents clients before broker-dealers and compliance departments through his company, AdvisorLaw, LLC. He assembled a team of talented lawyers who optimize the provisions of FIRNA Rule 2080 arbitration for Customer Dispute expungement and Employment Separation After Allegations modification/removal.
Kennedy graduated with a MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He lives with his wife, JaYoung, in Arvada, Colorado. When he’s not working, Kennedy can be found exercising, spending time with his dogs, or going on adventures with his wife.
